- Ripe Mango – 1 big
- Cold Milk – 1 cup (Pasteurized)
- Sugar – 3 tbsp ( if you prefer more sweetness, add accordingly )
- Ice Cubes – 8 to 10
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp (optional)
Peel the skin of mango and take out the pulp. Blend the mango, milk, cardamom powder and sugar until mango pulp get crushed to a smooth paste
Add ice cubes / crushed ice, then blend again until it gets thick
Serve chilled. Enjoy!!
